OUR HISTORY
Cardinal Corporate Services Limited is a relatively young company in Hong Kong but traces its origins back to 1989. The first trading entity from which the current business derives was Johnson Fry International, a division of the public company Johnson Fry plc. That company originally traded in Hong Kong, where it had a permanent office, Singapore, the Middle East, South Africa and in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
In 1990 the business was part of a management buy out from Johnson Fry and was incorporated within the Jersey General Group of companies and the services offered expanded to include business services and corporate services and asset restructuring through companies which remains the core business today.
In 1992 the business was part of a further management buy out lead by the current business owners and in 1994 acquired Fraser Smith Group Limited a reasonably large UK financial services business. The new Group was named Fraser Smith CI Limited and included a Hong Kong business as well as businesses in the Channel Islands and Switzerland.
Today FSCI and Cardinal Corporate Services Limited work closely together. Cardinal operates primarily in the business sector in Hong Kong. Its key personnel are Tony Collins and Jane Chan both of whom have 30 years experience working at senior level in this sector and in Hong Kong.
